Phase Two at the South Bibb Recreation Center is under construction now It will bring more tennis courts, a tennis pro shop, a splash pad, playgrounds, batting cages, multipurpose fields and a lot more! It costs about $4.4 million, and is funded by the voter-approved Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST).
