The Georgia Civic Awareness Program for Students (GCAPS) is designed to provide students with the opportunity to learn first-hand the roles and services that Macon-Bibb County government provides. Throughout the course of the program year, GCAPS participants will take part in team building exercises, attend a board of commissioners meeting, tour county facilities, visit the State Capitol and interact with local and state elected officials.
