The people in the Kings Park Neighborhood have waited for years to get a recreation center that’s safe, roomy, convenient, and accessible. Now, it’s under construction! Former Bibb Commission Chairman Sam Hart got the ball rolling on this project years ago, and recently a deal was worked out to use blight money to tear down the old, worn-down community center houses, to build a new structure.
