Meet Chief Brenda Thomas. She has a passion for fire prevention that’s kept her with the Macon-Bibb Fire Department for 26 years now. She’s the first female to assume the rank of Chief in Macon-Bibb, and she’s dedicated to keeping the community safe whether on the truck, in a classroom, or out getting to know the people of our neighborhoods.
